a. Google Account Information

When a user connects their Google account, we receive:

• Permission to access their Google Calendar
• OAuth tokens required to create calendar events

We do not access Gmail content or other Google services.

b. Meeting Details

When a user requests a meeting to be scheduled via an AI voice agent, we process:

• Meeting title
• Date and time
• Attendee email addresses
• Time zone (if provided)

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information only for the following purposes:

• Creating Google Calendar events explicitly requested by the user
• Sending meeting confirmations or related notifications
• Ensuring proper functioning of the AI voice agent workflow

We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.

4. Google API Data Usage

Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• Google Calendar data is used only to schedule meetings requested by the user
• We do not read, analyze, or store existing calendar events unnecessarily
• We do not share Google user data with third parties

5. Data Storage and Security

• OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest
• Access to user data is restricted to authorized systems only
• We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.

• Execute user-requested actions (e.g., creating a calendar event)

Users can revoke Google Calendar access at any time by:

• Removing our app from their Google Account permissions, or
• Contacting us directly

Upon revocation, we will no longer access the user's Google Calendar.

8. Data Retention

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. OAuth tokens are deleted when access is revoked.
