Our platform provides AI voice agents that can perform actions on behalf of users, including scheduling meetings and sending notifications when explicitly requested by the user.

When authorized, the Service may create Google Calendar events using the user's connected Google account.

3. User Authorization and Responsibilities

By connecting your Google account, you:

• Authorize us to access your Google Calendar
• Confirm that all actions performed by the AI agent are requested or approved by you
• Are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided (date, time, attendees, etc.)

You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

4. Use of Google Services

Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access Google Calendar data only to perform actions explicitly requested by the user, such as creating calendar events.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Misuse the Service to schedule meetings without proper consent from participants

6. Data Handling and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for missed meetings, scheduling errors, or incorrect information provided by the user or AI agent
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages, including Google or voice service providers

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated. Users may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
